Pay Rates:
14-15 y.o $7.00/hr for the first 90 days
then $7.25/hr until raises are earned
16-17 y.o. from $8-11/hr
18+ PT $9-13/hr
18+ FT with exceptions $10-14/hr
18+ FT with no exceptions $11-15/hr
Louisiana & Federal Law allow for sub-minimum pay rates for the first 90 days of employment for anyone under the age of 20 as "training pay".
